Based on the target characteristics, Pregene has designed different CAR structures for CAR-T and CAR-NK, constructed plasmid vectors, packaged lentiviruses, and prepared CAR-T and CAR-NK cells to investigate the stability of CAR molecule expression, CAR-T/CAR-NK cell killing and proliferation ability and specificity, to evaluate the proliferation and depletion of cell with multiple killings, and to study cytokine expression. Pregene performed animal experiments to assess in vivo efficacy and preliminary toxicity assessment after screening to obtain expected cell experimental results. According to the results of cell and animal experiments and the mechanism study of corresponding indications, candidate CAR-T/CAR-NK cell agents were determined.
