Pregene has independently developed a three-generation vector and four-plasmid lentiviral vector system in line with regulatory requirements and established a platform technology for plasmid and lentivirus lab-scale and pilot-scale production. All the lab-scale process development at critical process points, process scale-up production, quality control and quality management systems met the drug production standards of regulatory authorities.
